In particular, to eliminate as: sudden shutdown; mechanical fracture; altitude fall and other safety problems.
Recreational facilities and more generally from a combination of several systems, so the causes of failure are complex, mostly by improper maintenance and repairs caused by not timely. Therefore, prevention focuses on strengthening the fault routine maintenance, the traditional way is to use planning and regular maintenance.
And this method with great Aile slide, rides or without fault, fault type, fault location and fault extent is difficult to accurately grasp. In addition, as part of the repeated demolition of good mechanical properties are often unsatisfactory, even lower than before the overhaul.
Moreover, there is no need to waste a huge advance maintenance manpower and material resources. But also requires a more precise test system running, supplemented by regular inspection.
